Some children may need additional support beyond the support available in all classrooms.

Where this is the case, we work closely with families to understand individual needs and plan appropriate provision.

Support may include:

• Additional assessments
• My Plans
• Targeted interventions
• Specialist advice
• Multi-agency support
• Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs)

We follow a graduated approach, reviewing support regularly to make sure it remains effective and responsive to children's needs.

We believe that strong relationships between home and school are essential to successful SEND provision.
